Detox and Heavy Metal Detox



Dianne can help you with specialised detox and weight loss programmes to suit your body and health conditions.  You cannot have optimal health with chronic constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, flatulence, gut pain, reflux and/or food intolerances.  These are all signs that you are digesting poorly.

Allergy Desensitisation.

NAET® Energy Balancing Procedure (EBP)



NAET® is a completely natural, non invasive, pain free technique established in the US over 29 years ago by Dr Devi Nambudripad to help people suffering from allergies.

Using an energy balancing procedure (EBP) to remove energy blocks in the body, your system is then able to digest and assimilate food more easily. This improved nutritional status strengthens the immune system aiding symptom relief from allergies, food intolerances, fatigue and other general digestive discomforts such as bloating and constipation. The EBP is carried out using a method of neuromuscular sensitivity testing, similar to that used commonly by kinesiologists which indicates any imbalance in the body caused by the allergen.

Once allergens are identified, using allergy vials, they are treated with the therapy. During the treatment the patient holds the allergy vial, whilst the practitioner stimulates many acupuncture points along the spine and around the body (no needles). Once the treatment is completed the patient continues to hold the vial for a further 10 – 20 minutes. The allergic substance must then be avoided for the next 25 hours as the body desensitises decreasing any reaction to the allergen.

Most clients can release an allergen in one session however highly allergic patients may require more than one session on any given allergen. The NAET® approach is a systematic, starting with the most common allergens in the population and working up to deal with complex allergy pictures.

Gut Repair Programme



The Gut Healing Programme is a 8 week programme that involves four stages:

1.     REMOVE – 2 weeks.  The first step involves removing the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. This may be toxins, parasites, allergenic foods, pathogens or stress.  Dietary advice, supplements and advice on lifestyle changes will be part of this first stage.

2.     REPLACE – 2 weeks.  Correct levels of stomach acid are necessary for good gut health in addition to the production of digestive enzymes which may be lacking in your gut.  This is achieved through supplementation and dietary measures.

3.     REINOCULATE – 2 weeks. In order to achieve gut health it is important to have a healthy micro-flora of good gut bacteria.  You will be shown how to achieve this by the introduction of fermented foods and specific probiotic strains for your condition

4.     REPAIR – 2 weeks & ongoing. (The gut lining needs to have continued  proper nutrition and healthy eating  for good health). Repairing the lining of the gut through good nutrition.   Advice on how to have an allergen-free, healthy diet with the introduction of specific foods and supplements that may help to reduce inflammation and support cell growth in your digestive tract.
